Adam Eterno makes it 19 for the year
Adam Eterno surprised us all by leading from pillar to post in a selling nursery at Yarmouth today. The price, 16/1, showed no one fancied him and that goes for us as well. He had run very poorly in his first two runs for me but a mixture of tongue tie, a mile and a steady pace combined to enable him to enjoy himself which made all the difference. We retained him at the auction and the immediate plan will be another seller or claimer over a mile to 10 furlongs. It just shows that every horse has a race waiting for him. It might have been a poor race but this win has meant as much to me and to the ONEWAY team as any of the others. I'd also like to thank Alan Solomon who bought the horse and I'm delighted that I have now won 12 races for him since he first sent horses to me less than a year ago.
