Yard Update

2007 is well underway and ONEWAY has managed to send out four winners already. The team has been extremely busy breaking in the two-year olds and preparing them for the gallops. We would also like to welcome new staff member Gary Antanavicius to the yard.

Winners

Bold Diktator: Congratulations again to the ONEWAY RSM Racing Club members. Bold Diktator won for them again at Lingfield on the 24th of January.

Magic Glade:
2007 got off to a positive start with Magic Glade winning at Southwell
on the All Weather. He came first out of fourteen runners.

Mill By The Stream:
A double for Mill By The Stream last week who won on Tuesday 23rd at Southwell, ridden by Jim Crowley. He also won on Thursday 25th at Southwell, ridden by Hadden Frost

Congratulations to his owners who placed three horses with Tom at the latter end of last year. Of the two that have run, both have come back winners in 2007. A great result all round.

Publishing Error

Hi All,

Sorry I've had a technical issue and some of the posts I made last week have been overwritten by error. I will try and see if there is a back-up but if not then I will have to re-post trying to remember exactly what I have said/haven't said.

The good news is that I have been able to update the home page/website and we now have an up-to-date list of the horses in training.

Kind regards,

Tom

Runners last week

Tuesday was a great day with Magic Glade winning at Southwell, our first winner in 2007. I am delighted for Magic Glade's owners who have entrusted three of their horses to my care.It was downhill after Tuesday.

Master of the Race ran disappointingly on desperate ground at Wincanton. He came out of the race fine, losing very little weight and scoping clean. I'll leave it three weeks before entering him again and, hopefully, by then the ground will have dried up somewhat.

Berkhamsted also ran disappointingly on Saturday at Lingfield after his great run 10 days earlier. The race was run at a very slow pace and this did not suit him.

Neither Dolly nor The Perfect Plan were able to get a run at Kempton on Sunday, both being eliminated through the ballot.

Entries w/c 15 JanuaryTuesday 16 January will be a busy day. I have declared Mill By The Stream at Southwell for the handicap at 1.30pm. The Perfect Plan is declared for the handicap at 3.00pm.On the same day Magic Glade is declared at Wolverhampton in the 3.40pm race over 5 furlongs.
